Is the reporting service a subscription?
Yes. Connected reporting has a one-time C$690 setup fee and a monthly price based on one to five monitored mailboxes. More than five mailboxes requires a custom scope.
Does the monthly price include automatic takedowns?
No. It includes preservation, campaign grouping, analysis and a prepared case queue. External providers control enforcement, and submissions that require an attestation remain reviewable.
Can I cancel the reporting subscription?
Yes. You can cancel future monthly renewals. The setup fee covers the initial compatibility review, folders, connection, controls and validation and is not a recurring charge.
