Apple Mail guide
How to report several phishing emails on iPhone
Apple Mail can move a batch of messages into a synchronized reporting folder. This preserves each original without forwarding every copy.
Choose the review source
Use a server-side Report to Meilo folder for minimum access, or connect Junk to a private approval queue. In Junk mode, clear mistakes in the portal before approving a message for case processing.
Move one message
Open the message without opening its links or attachments. Tap the folder or Move control and choose Report to Meilo under the same account. The exact button position varies by iOS version, but the message must stay within the connected mailbox.
Move a batch
From the message list, tap Edit, select the related messages and choose Move. Select Report to Meilo. The engine can group duplicates after preservation, so you do not need to decide whether every copy is technically identical.
Use Junk with an approval step
Junk filtering protects the inbox and sometimes makes mistakes. When Junk review is enabled, those messages become private candidates. Ignore mistakes and approve only the messages that should become cases.
What happens next
The service records each original, extracts technical indicators, connects matching messages and prepares the relevant case. External submissions that require an owner statement or case judgment stay reviewable.
Action checklist
- Choose Junk review or the dedicated reporting folder in the customer workspace.
- Classify the suspicious message or batch in Apple Mail.
- Review private candidates and approve only the messages that should become cases.
Questions people ask
Do I need to forward each email?
No. Mark it as Junk for private review, or move it into the synchronized reporting folder.
Will Meilo read all of Junk?
Only if the mailbox owner explicitly chooses Junk review and completes provider authorization. Candidates stay private until the owner approves them.
